Big Climb Philly
As a survivor/thriver of Stage IV Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma, I am doing The Big Climb for many reasons.
To support LLS. To raise money for blood cancer research. To prove something to myself.
And "I CAN SO" to those who, after diagnosis, told me, “You will never..."
Please join us in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to our Big Climb or join my team and climb with us! To have my incredible care team and my tireless cheering squad by my side will be amazing.
https://pages.lls.org/bigclimb/epa/bigclimbphilly22/JanSaysOnward
Thanks to your support, our efforts, will help fund the therapies and treatments and help save lives today.
LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled. And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers. They're even being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS funded drugs are now being tested for patients with other non-cancerous diseases like Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
Please visit my Web site often and bring friends who would also like to donate or climb too!
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere we thank you for your support!
For more information about LLS, please visit lls.org

The National Comprehensive Cancer Network’s® (NCCN®) Virtual Patient Advocacy Summit
Keynote: Living and Thriving Through My Cancer Adventure - Jan White
Patients with cancer often have widely divergent care experiences from screening through survivorship. Differences in care delivery and outcomes may be due, in part, to varying patient needs and preferences according to age and stage of life; inconsistent implementation of guidelines, recommendations, and policies; and unintended age bias in health care. The National Comprehensive Cancer Network’s® (NCCN®) Virtual Patient Advocacy Summit will provide an opportunity for a varied group of stakeholders including patients, caregivers, providers, patient advocacy organizations, policymakers, and industry to thoughtfully discuss the importance of providing quality, effective, efficient, and accessible cancer care across the patient lifespan. Registration is free and open. Link below
